Your role in our story...

The Motion Art Director leads the creative vision and execution of visual materials across a wide range of projects. Working closely with the team, they guide the development of compelling and strategic design solutions - with a strong focus on information design, while also overseeing branding, marketing collateral, and media. They are responsible for setting the creative direction, conceptualizing visual approaches, ensuring alignment with project goals and needs, and maintaining the highest standard of design quality throughout the production process. Developing creative concepts, visual themes, and storyboards for motion graphics and live-action videos.
Guiding designers, editors, and animators to ensure unified visual direction.
Collaborating closely with scriptwriters and directors / Creative directors to translate ideas into
strong visual narratives.
Reviewing and approve designs, motion assets, and visual treatments before production.
Supporting proposals and client pitches with creative mood boards and visual direction.

What you need to come aboard...

6+ years of experience in motion design, video production, or creative direction.
Strong understanding of 2D/3D motion design tools.
Familiarity with production and post-production workflows.
Proven experience leading creative teams.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and editing tools.

Nice to have...

Experience with AI tools for concept development and visual design.
