The Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the execution of our digital marketing efforts across channels, ensuring campaigns, content, and timelines move smoothly from brief to launch. Working closely with the Performance Lead and Creative Lead, this role bridges coordination, execution, and learning, helping turn strategy into action while maintaining brand consistency and operational excellence.
You’ll be hands-on in campaign support, social media execution, and cross-team coordination, while continuously building your understanding of how creative, performance, and marketing functions come together to drive impact.

- Supporting the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activities across social and paid channels.
- Collaborating closely with the Performance Lead on campaign setup, updates, monitoring, and reporting.
- Assisting in tracking performance, identifying issues, and flagging opportunities for optimization.
- Scheduling, publishing, and managing social media content in alignment with brand and campaign direction.
- Coordinating with the creative team to receive, upload, and manage content assets efficiently.
- Monitoring basic engagement metrics such as reach, clicks, and interactions.
- Following up on tasks and deadlines across marketing, creative, and performance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Supporting campaign launches, ongoing optimizations, and execution milestones.
- Maintaining clear task lists, status updates, and basic documentation and trackers.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks from brief through completion with a high level of accountability.

What you need to come aboard...
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to execution.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn marketing fundamentals on the job.
