Mission: Graphic Designer

Location: Amman, Jordan
The Graphic Designer will be at the forefront of crafting visually compelling and innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand's message across diverse platforms. With expertise in layout design, typography, and digital media, you will translate ideas into impactful visual solutions that engage and resonate with target audiences. Collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams, you will ensure every project aligns with brand identity and strategic goals. Your creative vision, technical skills, and keen attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality designs that leave a lasting impression and elevate the brand’s visual presence.
You’ll shine through…
- Designing presentations for a wide range of global brands.
- Developing original design concepts and presentations that meet the client's objectives.
- The ability to quickly learn processes and implement them in detail.
- Working on projects; executing with overview, showing attention to detail, and managing time constraints.
- Creating strategic designs across a wide range and type of projects, including presentation design, books, and reports design, illustrations, storyboards, product and packaging, logo and brand identity (re)design, and more.
- Collaborating with designers, directors, and operations and projects team.
- Continuously learning, developing, and growing yourself and others.
- Staying up-to-date on design trends and technology advancements in presentation design.
- Having knowledge in presentation and graphic design platforms such as MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint etc.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to help improve the presentation design process

What you need to come aboard...
- +1 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative ability.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Nice to have...
- Experienced in PowerPoint/Microsoft office
- Data Visualization
- Experienced with InDesign (books/reports)
