The Full Stack Engineer will play a key role in building robust, high-performance applications that integrate seamlessly within Microsoft-based environments. With a strong foundation in C#/.NET and React, you will contribute to developing efficient, user-focused tools across desktop and web platforms. Working closely with product and design teams, you will transform technical requirements into reliable, scalable solutions while continuously optimizing performance and user experience. Your problem-solving mindset, technical expertise, and attention to detail will be essential in driving quality and innovation across the full stack.
You’ll shine through…
- Developing and maintaining Windows applications using C#/.NET.
- Building and refining responsive UI components using React (TypeScript/JavaScript), HTML5, and CSS.
- Working with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
- Collaborating closely with designers and product managers to deliver clean, user-focused interfaces.
- Participating in building API integrations (Python experience is a plus).
- Optimizing performance across both desktop and web components.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the full stack.
- Supporting architectural decisions and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to come aboard...
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience in Windows application development (C#, .NET Framework)
- Strong proficiency in React and front-end development
- Solid experience with database engines such as (SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and best engineering practices
- Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
Nice to have...
- Experience with .NET Core
- Experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
- Experience developing Microsoft Office add-ins
- Familiarity with SSR frameworks (Next.js)
- UI animations (Framer Motion, GSAP)
- Basic DevOps exposure (CI/CD, Docker)
