This role requires a strong balance of hands-on design expertise and leadership skills to nurture talent and drive team success.   • Designing presentations for a wide range of global brands.
  • Developing original design concepts and presentations that meet the client's objectives.
  • The ability to quickly learn processes and implement them in detail.
  • Working on projects; executing with overview, showing attention to detail, and managing time constraints.
  • Creating strategic designs across a wide range and type of projects, including presentation design, books, and reports design, illustrations, storyboards, product and packaging, logo and brand identity (re)design, and more.
  • Collaborating with designers, directors, and operations and projects team.
  • Continuously learning, developing, and growing yourself and others.
  • Staying up-to-date on design trends and technology advancements in presentation design.
  • Having knowledge in presentation and graphic design platforms such as MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint etc.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to help improve the presentation design process
  • Managing projects in their entirety and taking ownership of work output

What you need to come aboard… 

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • +4 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative ability.
  • Excellent English & Arabic language skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a design team.
  • Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong reporting skills.​

Must Have

  • Experienced in PowerPoint/Microsoft office​
  • Data Visualization
  • Experienced with InDesign (books/reports)
