Location: Amman, Jordan
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to grow a new productivity tool made for Microsoft users. The focus is not only selling but setting up the sales system that will scale. You will create the structure, build repeatable processes, and prepare for a future sales team. This is a full time onsite role in Amman.
You’ll be…
- Developing deal logic and commercial narratives, translating client needs into clear proposals and tailored offers
- Owning proposal development end-to-end, including scope definition, pricing logic, and value articulation
- Creating and managing a sales process from lead generation through closing and account follow up
- Building and tracking a sales pipeline with clear reporting and forecasting
- Writing sales playbooks, outreach methods, and performance metrics that can grow into a sales team
- Leading client meetings and demos, showing the value of our product
- Working with product and marketing teams to align on feedback and messaging
- Setting the ground for building and leading a sales team as the product grows

What you need to come aboard...
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS
- Able to design sales systems and frameworks that others can use
- Comfortable handling enterprise level sales cycles and senior decision makers
- Skilled at creating repeatable tools like CRM setups, outreach playbooks, and KPIs
- Strong communicator who balances strategy with execution
- Interested in building and later leading a sales team
Nice to have...
- Background working with consulting, government, or SaaS clients
- Experience managing or mentoring sales staff
