The Art Director leads the creative vision and execution of visual materials across a wide range of projects. Working closely with the creative team, they guide the development of compelling and strategic design solutions - with a strong focus on information design, while also overseeing branding, marketing collateral, and media. They are responsible for setting the creative direction, conceptualizing visual approaches, ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs, and maintaining the highest standard of design quality throughout the production process. Leading the creative direction and execution of captivating visual solutions for a global portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand voice.
Driving collaboration across multidisciplinary teams - including designers, client success, and project leads - to ensure seamless workflows and outstanding project outcomes.
Provide expert-level guidance on presentation and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and other platforms.
Overseeing and mentoring creative teams, taking full ownership of deliverables and contributing to the development and growth of both team members and client relationships.
Directing design efforts across diverse project types, including presentation design, books, reports, illustrations, storyboards, packaging, and brand identity systems.
Championing a deep understanding of internal processes and workflows to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality, on-brand design solutions.
Ensuring excellence in execution, balancing creative vision with project scope, timelines, and quality standards across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Developing and overseeing strategic visual concepts across platforms, with a focus on driving brand consistency, visual innovation, and business impact.
Acting as a creative consultant to clients, translating their goals into visual narratives that deliver real business value.
Fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity - actively mentoring peers, sharing insights, and encouraging professional growth within the team.

What you need to come aboard...

7+ years of proven experience in design leadership, with a standout portfolio showcasing creative direction across diverse mediums and campaigns.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - with a strong eye for guiding and elevating team output.
Deep understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, brand strategy, and visual storytelling.
Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision and rationale to both creative and non-creative audiences.
Strategic thinking with a strong grasp of project planning, timelines, and deliverables - able to balance creative ambition with business goals.
High attention to detail and quality control across all phases of the design process, from concept to execution.
Ability to confidently present and sell creative ideas and strategic thinking to clients and stakeholders.
